This guitar strap is hand carved first then hand painted with a metallic gold and a dark red paint. It shines nicely and would look very effective on stage. I'm afraid the picture doesn't really do it justice.

The leather I used on this one is 3 mm thick vegetable modeling hide (cowhide) and its lined with a thick black cowhide suede. The buckle is covered with 1mm thick Kangaroo leather and the whole lot is hand stitched with a thick waxed thread as used in saddlery.

The design for this one is inspired from looking at Japanese motifs.

I reckon this strap looks quite slick and would be well suited to a more formal attire.
